Copy of the student's birth certificate with dual authentication in Thai and Chinese;

Copies of the student’s, father’s, and mother’s passports;

The student's basic vaccination record (if available);

4 two-inch photos of the student; 3 two-inch photos of the father or mother;

Copy of the parent-child relationship certification with dual authentication in Thai and Chinese (required for guardian visas). For the first year, 500,000 baht must be deposited one month in advance; thereafter, deposits must be made three months in advance annually.

Academic transcripts and proof of current school enrollment.
