Copies of the student’s, father’s, and mother’s passports;

The student's basic vaccination record (if available);

6 two-inch student photos, 4 two-inch photos of either parent;

Copy of the parent-child relationship certification with dual authentication in Thai and Chinese (required for guardian visas). For the first year, 500,000 baht must be deposited one month in advance; thereafter, deposits must be made three months in advance annually;

Current academic transcripts (at least one academic year) and enrollment certificate;

Visa cancellation documentation from the student's previous Thai school (for students transferring within Thailand);

Visa cancellation pages from the student's previous Thai school (for students transferring within Thailand);
